Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to be able to satisfy the order.
When you send an order through our web site you will see an on screen confirmation that includes the order number. You should print off this screen or take a note of the order number. This will be followed by an e-mail acknowledgement of your order. A contract will only be formed when your payment has cleared in our account and your goods have been dispatched.
If we are unable to deliver the goods ordered by you we will contact you in order to discuss an alternative item or delayed delivery.
OddCo Limited ("OddCo") reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.

The price includes VAT where stated at the rate ruling on the date of the VAT invoice. You will be charged the price currently shown on our web site at the date we receive your order, unless there is a delay between us receiving payment from you. If there is a long delay for payment that you are responsible for we reserve the right to alter the amount charged to you.
Your orders must be accompanied by full payment of the price. Payment may be made by most debit and credit cards. We do not accept payment by any other form for online orders. If you wish to use another form of payment please call us on 0191 487 9212. We use a payment provider to take payments from your credit and debit card. The process isn't flawless so where there are errors let us know as soon as possible and we will rectify them.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption.
There may be minor variations between the illustration and descriptions and the goods supplied and all products are an invitation to treat. If you are unhappy with your purchase see the heading under Guarantee.
Due to our policy of continuous improvement we may well alter the specification of the product on the website from time to time.
Due to the continual update of our web site there may be inaccuracies, of which you will be notified when relevant, and you will have the option to cancel your order. If there are inaccuracies on the website we will do our best to correct them as soon as possible.
We will attempt to dispatch your goods the following working day after we receive your order. At really busy times there may be a delay in the dispatch so bear with us. Delivery of the goods will be made to the address nominated by you. We use various agents including Royal Mail to ensure you receive your order. If you have any problems please let us know so that we can make improvements.
Any claims for damage or shortages should be made, in writing, within 28 days of receipt by you of the goods.
Parcels received in bad condition should be signed for as "received damaged".
If you don’t receive your parcel 15 days after you made your order please let us know (unless dispatch is specified as longer when it should be 15 days from the time we said we would send the goods out). Please be aware that Royal Mail will not list a parcel lost/missing/stolen until 15 days from dispatch. If you have not received your parcel after this time please contact us.
All claims for lost items must be made within 30 days of placing your order (unless dispatch is specified as longer).
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, advise us of their return and we will credit the full cost of goods provided you return the goods to us undamaged, in their original packaging within 28 days of dispatch (Excluding Post and Packing). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Where goods are bought on behalf of someone else, or as a present, we will be pleased to exchange such goods within 28 days, provided they are in mint condition and the receipt is produced. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You have the right to return goods for whatever reason within 7 days from the date you receive them. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
